I’ve created lots of solutions for myself to make my weekly/ monthly/ yearly job more productive.

I’ve been using the following tools:

I have a paid account for Google work Space so I am able to use my own domain.

I’ve converted to Docs and Sheets about 2 years ago. I used Excel and Word for 15 years, quite savy, but the cloud usage wasn’t what I needed when teaching from place to place and even more now that I fully coach online.

Stripe:

Highly satisfied.

I could use my own domain.

I’ve converted to the «subscription» tool from Stripe 2 years ago.

I haven’t regretted it for one day.

I pay 💰 between 25 Euros and 35 Euros monthly (it’s deduced from the revenue) in commission for the these features:

• checkout: debit of the client’s mean of payment.

• billing: emailing the clients with an invoice.

• handles delay payment: emails clients with reminders.

• handles expired bank cards: emails clients with reminders.

• I’ve recently added the tax feature to anticipate fiscal laws change.

MailerLite:

Very satisfied.

I use my own domain for the website.

I used the free plan for about 3 years before switching to the advanced paid plan.

The free plan enables you to have a few landing pages and up to 100 subscribers.

You may have a limited number of automations.

You have some limitations with certain Stripe features and subscriber mailing tools.

But it’s plenty to start with.

I often hesitate to switch to Convert Kit which is often used by most newsletters I receive but I’m « product locked » at the moment: I’m reluctant to re-make all my automations and my website which included a blog and a help centre.
